PROCESSING TIMEFRAMES:

Processing Times: All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. After processing orders they are then shipped and you should receive a tracking number via email or text (if provided)

Shipping to the USA 
Standard Shipping (3-5 Days): $8.99
Priority Shipping (2-3 Days): $15.99 or FREE for orders over $100
Priority Express Shipping (1-2 Days): $29.99

International Shipping - Shipping rates vary based on country and weight, cost will be updated accordingly. 

Customs/Duty

International customers are responsible for all duty/customs/tax fees that may be incurred upon receipt of your package. We are not responsible for any duty/custom/tax charges you may incur. Additionally, we are not responsible for extended shipping times due to custom/duty holds. 

Lost/Stolen Packages

One Pumped Mama is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address, we are no longer liable and you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages should be reported as a claim to USPS.
